Excellent service with young but trained staff, high quality food quality and workmanship especially on raw and cooked fish... very nice location of the restaurant, small note to improve on the greenhouse which was a bit messy during the visit but nothing serious ..

It is not the first time we have had dinner or lunch in this restaurant and I must say that the experience has always been positive both in terms of the quality of the products and the service. I always confirm this opinion even after having had lunch at Easter, in fact having chosen, this time, from the a la carte menu we were even more satisfied. Congratulations to all.

Excellent selection of really high quality raw products. Slightly disappointed by the first courses, they do not reflect the exclusivity of the place, I would have expected a more refined execution and with greater attention to the balance of flavours. Excellent service and environment. Overall I would have expected more from a place with the potential of a starred restaurant, which is still one step away from being one. Prices are certainly high but they could be fully justified by filling some gaps on the menu.

A real sensorial experience. Olio is not a simple fish restaurant, it is a place where you have the opportunity to eat refined, original dishes in an elegant and romantic environment. The quality of the fish and all the ingredients used is perceived at the first taste. Competent and friendly staff. Fair price for the type of service offered and the quality of the food, worthy of a starred restaurant.
