Beautiful rustic ambience, very friendly service, amazing food. The menu is not too big, so basically anything you order is very good, with thought given to the decoration, spices, everything... We've enjoyed the local specialty pizzocheri the most.

Mandatory stop in Bormio! Excellent quality food (amazing risotto), efficient and high level service.

Super attentive service, correct size menu. Excellent wine list and very interesting type of architecture and furnishings inside. If I have to be picky, I didn't find the salt and pepper holder in line with the place, they are very out of place for the type of place it is.

This restaurant is certainly no longer an insider tip, as has already been written here. This was our first time in Bormio and we visited a different restaurant each time. We were never disappointed, not even here. Very tasty food, attentive service, and no WiFi! If we go on a winter vacation here again, we will definitely come back here!

Excellent food, however the service disappointed us, the boy who took the order treated us with disdain because we asked for the sciatt, which according to him everyone has and therefore their restaurant must be different. Yet it seems to me that it is called "tavern", in the heading it indicates "typical Valtellina", and it is located in Bormio... It may be that they don't have a dish (they don't even serve sorbet at Braulio), but it's not that they treat customers with disdain. The pizzoccheri are excellent.

Fantastic dinner in a very suggestive and elegant location. We were welcomed immediately and accompanied to our table (logically we booked a week in advance and showed up on time), in one of the rooms with vaults decorated with agricultural tools of the time. The staff was very kind and professional, helping us choose the traditional dishes and pairing the local wine (excellent!). From the bread to the desserts we appreciated everything, the very high quality of the ingredients and the care in the plating are indisputable. I'm sorry I didn't try the Sardinian specialties, I hope to do so next time! The price is fair considering the quality of the food and service. If you want to make a good impression with friends or not only, you certainly won't go wrong here. Highly recommended!

Suggestive and elegant location, trained and welcoming staff. We ate pizzoccheri of the highest level, compliments to the chef!

We had spotted this place from home before leaving for our holiday, our expectations were not disappointed. The place is intimate and very romantic, the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing dinner where you already feel pampered and ready for a unique experience. The staff is kind, present but not intrusive, prepared and attentive. The food is extraordinary, the risotto with goat zola and pear is unforgettable, the balance of flavors with their contrasts is super. The pizzoccheri with the addition of the recommended herbs are wonderful. The second courses melted in your mouth and the polenta was indescribable. The only shame was not having enough room for dessert; I saw them go by and they were beautiful to look at and I'm sure they were good to eat. We concluded with a real, delicious myrtle and an amazing coffee accompanied by sweets. The price is in line with the service offered and the research of the menu and the quality of the raw materials. Two of us spent €107. Compliments to the staff and the chef with his cuisine and refinement in flavors

Abbiamo pranzato oggi in questa Osteriain Centro a Bormio. Tutto è stato perfetto a partire dall'accoglienza da parte del Titolare. Locale magnifico suddiviso in 3 sale e curato nei minimi dettagli. Servizio ottimo da parte di camerieri ch si sono soffermati a spiegarci piatti e vini. Pietanze assaggiate spettacolari... una tagliata di cervo con polenta taragns mai mangiata così buona. Anche i dessert sono gustosissimi. Quindi l'Osteria I Magri è promossa con il massimo del punteggio; ci torneremo di sicuro e volentieri. Grazie di cuore a tutti per il vostro modo di "coccolare" il cliente.

Mangiamo benissimo in un ambiente perfetto e circondati da un'attenzione al Cliente rara! Conto in linea con qualità e quantità. Attenzione vuol dire inventarsi un dolce no lattosio per gli intolleranti come noi!!! Dolce a dir poco godurioso! Grazie. Torneremo al 100%! Bravi bravi bravi!
