Ristorante Pizzeria Bocca D'Ersa In Poggibonsi

Clean and well furnished place, the dishes were all good from starter to dessert. The portions of the fixed menus are inconsistent compared to the à la carte dishes: the gentleman at the table next to us received a more generous first course (à la carte) than the one they brought us for 4 people (we took 4 menus at €40 each) and even the fried food for 4 was really poor (in many restaurants they carry that portion for 1 person). The most annoying thing of the evening, however, was the service. It was the Saturday before Easter and they brought us the dishes at the speed of a fast-food restaurant, then they made us get up 4 times to go into the room behind our table to get the tablecloths to set the table for the next day and as if that wasn't enough at 11 the waiters started complaining to each other because we didn't leave (there was also another table). We were having dinner at a restaurant with people we don't see much to have a quiet chat without anyone having to cook. Honestly, I found it really tasteless.

Conosco il ristante da tanti anni, e ho sempre apprezzato la sua cucina sia di pesce che non, ma era da un bel po’ che non avevo avuto l’occasione di tornarci per una bella cena in compagnia. Qualche giorno fa ero in zona e ho approfittato di andare a salutare un amico e insieme siamo stati al ristorante Bocca d’Ersa a cena. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti dal titolare, Pino, che ci ha fatto accomodare nella sala, che è stata interamente rinnovata, con nuovi arredi molto raffinati, che hanno dato nuovo colore al ristorante: la prima piacevole sorpresa. Appena seduti a tavola ci hanno portato un cestino con il pane e un po’ di schiacciata e grissini, come ricordavo. Ho scoperto invece che non fanno più la pizza né la pinsa, ma mal di poco: lì ho sempre prediletto il pesce 🐟. Io e il mio amico avevamo una gran fame e non volevamo perdere tempo con il menù, così abbiamo chiesto a Pino di consigliarci… e abbiamo optato entrambi per il menù del giorno: un fantastico risotto di pesce spada e carciofi freschi! Come secondo polpo 🐙 alla griglia con patate… una scelta che si è rivelata altrettanto eccellente. 😋 Per finire abbiamo pure preso il dolce, ma qui le nostre scelte si sono divise su due novità: un budino al cioccolato e rum per me e un millefoglie con crema chantilly e copertura di crema di pistacchio. 🔝

Ottimo ristorante e ottimo servizio. Location di livello. Frittura da top class. Non è un posto molto economico ma ci sta tutto.

Sono stata in questo ristorante una sera a cena con la mia famiglia. Antipasti misti buonissimi e porzioni abbondanti. Spaghetti allo scoglio di scarsa qualità, frittura normale senza infamia e senza lode. Dolci buoni e presentati bene. Il locale è molto grande ma risulta leggermente datato e non troppo accogliente. Qualità prezzo nella media.
