Da Gian pizzeria restaurant, presence for decades in the beautiful Negrar di Valpolicella. As a pizza lover, I can't help but give 5 stars. Excellent pizzas, exceptional dough, very fresh and excellent quality ingredients. I haven't tried the cuisine yet, but I promise I will. The only flaw is that when there is a considerable number of customers, the wait at the table multiplies... Normal prices, generally higher than in other pizzerias... But you can really feel and taste the quality! To try!

A Negrar per motivi familiari. Abbiamo trovato questo ristornante comodo come posizione e con una buona scelta di piatti fra pesce, carne e tipici del territorio. Ottime le pizze (senza impasti speciali però…). Servizio veloce.

Siamo stati più volte da Gian ,cibo molto buono ambiente bello e pulito, personale gentile, idem anche per il albergo.Consiglio questo posto a tutti.

24/03/2024: The place itself would also be beautiful, on the hills of Custoza. As for the venue, since it is a single hall, when it is full the noise of voices makes dialogue with those sitting in front of you almost impossible. The staff is quick considering the place was full. But let's get to the food: excellent appetizers, mixed grill with meat that is too dry and almost cold. Consequently, prices are too high in relation to the quality.
