I recommend everyone who is in the Castagneto Carducci area to try the pizza at "Il Cappellaccio". Even the biggest "eaters" will have a hard time finishing it. The pizzas are well cooked and well seasoned.

Location caratteristica e rustica, personale cortese. Ottimi i pici cacio e pepe, a mio avviso le pizze over size sono esageratamente grandi e spesso e volentieri non si riescono a finire con spreco di cibo. Sarebbe sufficiente ridurre di 2 cm il diametro delle pizze pur mantenendo lo special della "pizza grande". Nulla da dire sulla qualità dell' impasto e degli ingredienti.

Se hai bisogno fi sfogarti di pizza qui puoi trovare una bella sfida. Ginire la pozza del cappellaccio è veramente da temerari. Grandissima e buona. Consigliato!

12/11/2023: Super nice campsite with very large pitches. The service is excellent.
24/10/2023: It's not the best campsite on Elba for nothing. We were here in October in a very relaxed manner. When we called we were greeted very warmly and to our surprise we were allowed to walk around the square and choose a parking space. The place itself is well equipped and offers everything you need. Everything was very clean and all the staff were super nice and helpful. Our kids loved the large and small pools. The on-site restaurant invites you to eat on site or you can simply take your food with you to the square. The sea is right outside the door, 3 minutes maximum on foot. As our first camper vacation family with 2 kids, it was just right. Prices are also completely humane. So we'd love to come back! Thank you for the nice days.
