The restaurant is informal and has basic furnishings. The staff is very friendly. During weekdays for lunch it is frequented by workers. In summer it has a large outdoor expanse. I had lunch with a very good fillet with mushrooms, very soft and cooked rare very well. The creme brulee wasn't bad either.

what can I say, the ingredients of the pizzas are really excellent, the environment is spartan and there is a lot of confusion but the food is excellent and the prices are in line with the area.

Very welcoming place, with a beautiful summer expanse, excellent pizza cooked in a wood oven, home-made first courses, exquisite fried fish, irresistible cod fritters. Family run place, friendly and welcoming staff, I recommend it.

Di passaggio da Villa Minozzo, paese sull'Appennino Reggiano, ci siamo fermati per pranzare. Abbiamo scelto tortelli verdi e di zucca, vino bianco, acqua minerale, scaloppine al limone, patate arrosto e, per finire, gelato al limone con mirtilli. Tutto molto buono, ottima accoglienza e disponibilità dei gestori. Torneremo sicuramente, per provare anche la pizza. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

Sono stato a cena con amici e devo dire che è stata un ottima idea.... Locale interno molto carino, con una zona esterna dove cenare al fresco. Ottima pizza cotta nel forno a legna, Primi piatti e carne davvero buoni. Da non perdere il sorbetto fatto in casa da Mattia. Ci ritorneremo....

Rist-pizzeria a poche centinaia di metri dal centro di Villa.2 sale interne ,con vista sul forno. Servizio famigliare,empatico.Possibili menu lavoro con triplice scelta. Preso tortelli verdi, troppo aglio nel ripieno, un po’ di rosso( un po’ troppo potente),una zuppa inglese ok( vari altri dolci golosi). Pizza pare ottima.

23/03/2024: Delicious Barzigole, the owner is a passionate person with exquisite manners. I recommend it to everyone for the quality, freshness of the food and truly perfect prices in the center of Reggio Emilia.
10/02/2024: Choice on the internet based on reviews on the quality/price ratio. Right in the centre, simple and clean interiors, menu with around ten options, all freshly cooked. We tried the platter with tigelle, green tortelli, radicchio and a slice of tenerina. the rating would have been 5 instead of 4 only because there were no cheese samples in the first one (which I love). Courteous service. Absolutely recommended for a meal with local foods, well prepared, without frills around.
