Nice but very small place, strong point is the waiter!!! The fried pizza is excellent, but the classic pizza is a little less so.

Today March 30th I ate really well, think that my daughter has not eaten a better pizza than this. She was so happy that she complimented the waitress Nunzia, what happens to eat?? The owner gives away a fried Nutella pizza. Neapolitans know their heart

From Rome, every time I go to Naples, Mattozzi is a must for me. The best pizza of all with truly first choice ingredients. However, every time I discover ever better and newer dishes. Yesterday the seafood risotto was a triumph of flavours. The owner Paolo is very kind and always offers us new and welcome culinary attentions. In short, you can't help but make a permanent stop here

Non capisco le troppe recensioni negative. Siamo andati a pranzo ieri domenica, e nonostante l'affollamento, siamo stati serviti velocemente. Tutto ottimo, spettacolari le alici fritte e la pasta con le vongole .e in genere tutti i fritti. Il personale simpatico ..prezzo giustissimo. in una piazza bella.

Ci siamo fermati per un pranzo veloce a base di pizza fritta, veramente buonissima. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, specialmente considerando anche la posizione centralissima in via Toledo

07/09/2023: Received really great coffee and breakfast here for a few days in May and in late August. Classic Neapolitan café with friendly quick service. Will come back again anytime in future I'm in the Port of Naples. I love Naples and the people!!!

23/10/2023: I can only say a few words for the Carducci pizzeria, few but good. Since we ordered takeaway, we didn't go to their pizzeria, but I will definitely go there. The pizzas 🍕🍕🍕 were delicious 😋😋😋 and hot, and they were impeccable on punctuality, they were a few minutes early and being a Saturday evening it is nothing short of surprising. They make pizza 🍕 🍕 🍕 GLUTEN FREE even fried but unfortunately they didn't have it available just yesterday 😅 . Maybe next time
