A wonderful place: very warm hospitality from the two brothers. Great ambience and very, very good food with a great variety of flavors. The chef also has excellent star level cooking stations so he knows how to do it. Dishes are also a visual feast for the eyes. Our small special requests (vegetarian menu, a little more sauce) were implemented very well. We will be back. Very consistent. One of the best restaurants in South Tyrol for fine dining in a modern ambience.

Eher zufällig hat es uns am Abend in dieses schon von außen schon sehr schick wirkende Restaurant verschlagen, dass auch innen sehr stimmig eingerichtet ist. Obwohl wir nicht reserviert hatten wurden wir sehr freundlich im Empfang genommen. Die Auswahl der Speisen war übersichtlich, was mir lieber ist als eine überlange Speisekarte. Alle Gerichte klangen sehr spannend. Und waren es dann auch; alles war sehr lecker und ganz toll am Teller angerichtet. Die sehr nette und kompetente Dame hat uns zu den Gerichten Weine empfohlen die ebenfalls sehr gut zu den Speisen harmoniert haben. Die Weinkarte insgesamt ist sehr gut bestückt und der Blick in das Weinlager lässt jeden Weinliebhaber ins Schwärmen kommen. Insgesamt ein überaus gelungener Abend; vielen Dank !!!

A restaurant in a class of its own, which ranks among the top class of South Tyrolean restaurants with extremely creative dishes on the menu and very personal service. You can reach it in just a few minutes from Bolzano in Unterrinn, which is 600 meters above sea level, via Rittner Straße. On the first floor there is a spectacular view of the Dolomites, while you have to choose the right one from the few creative dishes on the menu. Absolutely reasonable prices and good wines by the glass. A recommendation in every respect.

Wir waren beim „neuen“ Pirbamer Abends Essen und haben uns für das 5 Gänge Überraschungsmenü entschieden. Den Hauptgang konnten wir uns aber aussuchen. Tolles Ambiente. Interessante und geschmackvolle Gerichte. Tatar, Oktopus, Risotto, Ravioli und als Hauptspeisen das Lamm und den Seeteufel. Alles rund um gelungen.

What a fantastic find! Michelin star quality with an amazing price/value ratio. We dined here three times while spending a week at a b&b 200 meters away. Service was friendly and impeccable. The food was delicious and the chef catered to my being allergic to gluten. And the wine list is fantastic, though the local wines were both delicious and relative bargains. We love this gem!
