Typical restaurant, excellent fish, in particular the very famous seafood risotto which truly deserves the fame that characterizes it, abundant and delicious. But I'm literally crazy about Saracen mussels... Extremely attentive and courteous service (it's increasingly rare these days)... Everyone was really good! A warranty.

Dinner with friends for my birthday. After years I decided to return to the Saracen for my birthday and it turned out to be an excellent choice! We were welcomed with great kindness and for me they reserved the room upstairs (there were 16 of us), we ate pizzas and dishes from the kitchen, everything was really fantastic, the waiting times were fair and the staff was very kind and helpful. The risotto is excellent, the pizzas cooked in a wood oven, and the artichokes are really fresh. The dessert is also absolutely worth trying! What can I say, we will be back soon to try all the other dishes.

This restaurant is a true institution in Bordighera, years pass but the Saraceno always remains a guarantee. Nice but informal place, excellent food, fast and attentive service. The dish you absolutely must try is the famous Risotto alla Saracena. Be careful though, especially in summer you need to book well in advance as it is always very full at both shifts.

Exceptional risotto and pasta with fish

After some time away from Italy, we got off the highway to find somewhere open and decided to try this restaurant. As almost always in this country, you can eat very well. Finally a ready fried food done well, with quality fish and without being submerged in old oil. The delicious pasta, we decided to eat the pesto, original from this land and it was something so simple but so spectacular. The only thing that didn't convince me 100% was the tiramisu. The rest was 5 stars!

Questo locale ha incrociato il mio sguardo una sera mentre bevevo un bicchiere di vino in un locale vicino, inizialmente dall'esterno non mi ha colpito, poi leggendo le recensioni invece mi ha incuriosito ripromettendomi di andarci successivamente. Ieri sera è stata l'occasione buona e siamo andati io ed un mio amico a cena. Ambiente carino accogliente, i ragazzi addetti al servizio oltre che molto attenti sono solari e gradevoli, rendendoti la serata ancora più piacevole. Ottime le pietanze come l'insalata di mare molto delicata e fresca, il risotto della casa buono è abbondante e il fritto di totani e gamberoni con delle zucchine di contorno che non dispiacevano affatto . Il tutto accompagnato da un buon vino bianco consigliato dalla ragazza che ci ha accolti . Sicuramente ci ritornerò anche per assaggiare le alici con capperi e olive che causa maltempo non erano disponibili. Alla prossima e grazie

Petit repas entre amis autour d'une très bonne friture de calamars avec des lamelles de carottes et courgettes, très sympa. Un bon affogato. Personnel souriant. A refaire pour son risotto aux fruits de mer et pour ces pizze le soir.
