I stayed a couple of nights. The hotel is nice and clean. The staff very courteous. Upon arrival I waited a little too long before entering the room, I was tired and it weighed on me. The room was clean and spacious but with various problems: the broken thermostat, the radiator in the bathroom with a broken valve (the first night I was very hot and I slept badly and little), the wall-mounted hairdryer held with a plaster, but above all the television had neither sky nor mediaset premium, although it was indicated in the booking. If they had told me right away I wouldn't have wasted time trying to activate them. The chair, desk and lamp were stained and scratched. The pleasant buffet breakfast, on the veranda, I do not recommend dinner, pre-cooked or cold side dishes. All the staff quite fast, attentive. The plus of this hotel is above all the staff, who are kind and smiling, and who try to help you. In the morning at 7.00 there was no hot water in the shower, I had to call reception but even the lady who came to help me had difficulties. In my opinion they had forgotten to turn on the boiler. Overall, thanks to their kindness, I have a good memory.
