Simply top, the food was very good, nice staff, short waiting times, the boss is a man of honor, we have already highly recommended it twice

08/02/2024: Sono stato oggi a pranzo per la degustazione di gnocchi, come sempre fantastico, un piatto più buono dell’altro. Gnocchi con burro e cannella, pomodoro, ragù, matriciana, pastisada, infine chiusura con formaggio verde. Uno spettacolo complimenti!!!!!!! Consigliatissimo……..

04/11/2023: Serata fantastica! Ottimi tutti i piatti e anche i vini. Il risotto all'amarone speciale!!!! I ragazzi sono molto accoglienti e molto bravi! Complimenti!!! Torneremo sicuramente!
25/09/2023: Our hotel CorteForte made a reservation for us on Friday, the first day of our stay in Fumane. It was excellent-quality of food down to the balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Service was superb and made us feel very welcome. Everything was fresh and expertly served. This is a treat and one of the best meals we have had on our 3 week Italy adventure.
