A journey through flavor and time ❤ As soon as I stepped into the Rustico Restaurant, I felt like I was entering my grandparents' living room. The simple but cozy atmosphere, the retro decor and the delicious smells coming from the kitchen all contributed to this feeling. The owners, two brothers who are also two pieces of history, welcomed me with open arms and made me feel at ease, to the point that I feel like they are a little like my grandparents. The food? simple and exquisite. Each dish is simple but prepared with love and care, using fresh, zero-mile ingredients. From the appetizers (space) to the first courses to the second courses, every bite was a pleasure. The price? Super honest! It's difficult to find better value for money than this. But what made the experience truly special were the two grandparents: they told me stories of their childhood, of their jobs, of Avola and even shared some tricks from their family recipes. It was like having a conversation with distant relatives. In short, Ristorante Rustico is the name on the door, but for me it will always be "the living room". Finally an authentic and sincere place that can truly be considered Sicily.

You eat divinely at super reasonable prices! Fresh fish... but the real beauty is the owners! Two bold young men of 80 who make you feel not at home, but in your grandmother's living room!! I'm here one evening yes and one evening no;) FINALLY AUTHENTICITY AND SIMPLICITY!

Il professore ti consiglia su cosa mangiare di fresco. Pietanze buone cucinate con ricette della nonna, ottimi gli spaghetti al nero di seppia.

Ambiente molto "alla buona", proprietari gentilissimi. Pochi piatti perché - giustamente - dipende dal pesce fresco che arriva la mattina. Abbiamo preso spaghetti al nero di seppia e calamaro alla griglia, pesce effettivamente fresco e buono. Abbiamo speso meno di 20 euro a testa, da provare se non si hanno molte pretese per un menù vasto e si vuole un ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo
