Very little choice for vegetarians.
For celiacs I do not recommend it based on my personal experience, which is superficial regarding gluten contamination.

Risotto Smeraldo assolutamente da assaggiare, tataki di cervo in crosta di sesamo con degli abbinamenti perfetti, sublime, filetto di cinghiale su letto di zucca in due modi. Ritorneremo di sicuro 👌👍

We went yesterday for the first time and we will certainly be back 😊 Smeraldo risotto a delight, venison tataki in a sesame crust with a sublime pomegranate sauce like the other diners' dishes: wild boar fillet on a bed of pumpkin two ways, an Alpine beef fillet. Absolutely recommendable both for the food and the kindness of the staff.

Everything fantastic!
The restaurant is located in a slightly remote area, but it is a niche type! I celebrated my birthday with them. Starter: a superlative knife tartare! Then their cappelletti with mushroom and truffle sauce made entirely by them, a pleasure! Finally, the homemade cake with candle, a little attention that was really appreciated. It's not the first time we've eaten there, and every time it's a real joy for the palate. Compliments to the chef, the waiters, the owners.

NB: the restaurant is very popular, so it is absolutely essential to book in time.

Sono stata qui per una cena di gruppo. Siccome eravamo in una ventina di persone, ci è stato servito un menù dedicato, composto da un antipasto (salumi misti), un primo (risotto con zafferano e salsiccia) e un dolce (sorbetto al limone). I piatti erano semplici e molto buoni! Il personale ci ha servito rapidamente ed è stato cordiale. Tornerò per assaggiare un altro dei risotti del menù.
