Very good food, huge wine selection. Not easy to get a table and they are very proud of their restaurant and cuisine.

I used to hate tripe in Japan, but it was so delicious that I fell in love with it. Impressed.

Highly recommended. Waiters suggestions on wine were great. They understand local cuisine and made us feel welcome and appreciated. Will for sure be back next time we come to Montalcino.

A hidden gem in an alley with spectacular views. Excellent service from Rino, exquisite food. The pieces of pepper in the belly are crazy and the freshly made pasta is on another level. A very complete wine list, very good Brunellos. Highly recommended.

An ideal place to eat traditional Tuscan dishes, the pici and beef cheek are highly recommended. Large wine list with a wide selection of local products. Punctual and familiar service.

Ho mangiato da solo in questo ristorante un giovedì a pranzo. Il locale si trova nelle vie del centro di Montalcino ed è stato scoperto grazie alle ottime recensioni pubblicate. La scelta del menù è abbastanza buona e in linea con la cucina tradizionale toscana. I pici all'aglione (14€) a mio avviso sono un po' scarichi di sapore e assomigliano più ad una classica pasta al pomodoro e basilico (tra l'altro non so se la ricetta classica preveda questo ingrediente qui presente), oltre a non essere troppo abbondanti. La trippa toscana (14€) molto molto buona, complimenti e la suggerisco vivamente. Un bicchiere di Brunello dal costo di 10€, secondo me un po' elevato vista la bottiglia. Conto finale con acqua e coperto di 42€. Apprezzata la bottiglia dell'olio locale con il pane in ogni tavolo. Da consigliare, anche se spingerei un po' di più sui sapori, consapevole del fatto che magari un pubblico straniero potrebbe non apprezzare.
