Mr. Franco and his staff always live up to their fame, for excellent catering: sublime meats, exquisite homemade pasta, and then the truffles, simply perfect. Fine wine, delicious desserts, peaceful surroundings and unrivaled value for money. Compliments.

Ristorante sulla strada provinciale a pochi chilometri da Acqui Terme. La struttura è gli interni sono un po' retro ma comunque donano fascino all'insieme. Accoglienza calorosa e pranzo con sua maestà il tartufo bianco, tutto ottimo. La proprietà organizza con chi volesse aderire, la ricerca del tartufo con cani per toccare da vicino quella che è la filiera a km 0. Tutto ottimo, personale gentile e servizio veloce. Consiglio le uova all'occhio di bue con una generosa grattata di tartufo

Sono stato oggi a pranzo per festeggiare i matrimoni. Pranzo squisito dall' antipasto alla torta. Servizio veloce,Personale simpatico. Titolare molto cordiale. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

11/02/2024: Visited today for lunch. Excellent restaurant, the owner is very kind and very attentive to the needs of the diners, the traditional dishes are very well prepared and also have a pinch of revisitation. The choice of wines is very interesting. I recommend the venison with mashed potatoes, excellent! The desserts are also good, especially the Bonet and the date semifreddo. Excellent value for money.
