Ritrovo Grillo 1968 In Messina

Location in an excellent position. Delicious but overpriced ice cream and granitas (ice cream €2.50, granita with brioche €3.50). Good rustic but a little small; Arancino tastes good but the mortadella is not visible. Traditional python, the dough is good but over the summer the seasoning has run out and has been reduced a bit, the ham and cheese one is too small and lacks seasoning. Good focaccia. The staff appear to be kind, courteous and helpful, others less so. It's absurd in August not to be able to accept takeaway orders for the evening in the early afternoon, giving as the reason that they no longer have anything available because everything is already booked. The evenings of music are pleasant. Too bad it closed forever a few days ago. The Ritrovo Grillo will be greatly missed in Rodia 😭 and above all the smile and kindness of Mrs. Laura, her daughters, Mrs. Fiorella and Mr. will be missed. Santino, the ice cream maker😢.

excellent place to eat a good focaccia x killer finally likes it, it's crunchy, excellent ingredients. try the pane alla disgraziata.

Finally a place that knows how to make traditional pitas respecting the true Messina tradition with tomato and anchovies, however everything is excellent
