What to say?! When you get that desire for genuine flesh, to be outdoors in an informal, easy-going way, to drink a beer and feel "satisfied"; for me all this can be found here. Large but simple menu, fat sandwiches, bread and oil which is oil and bread, good and savory kebabs... quick service... everything super.. Advise? Put Leffe among the beers, especially the red one. Cons: location in via Vigevano which personally is like a dark and ugly gully... but amen... for the rest they win hands down, always and for a long time....

Very easy to reach thanks to its proximity to the metro (Porta Genova stop). High quality and a large choice of food on offer, all combined with the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners make rost-eat a sure thing.

The sandwiches - sise - with kebabs are tasty and plentiful. I chose the roast sise: stuffed with kebabs, yogurt sauce, tomatoes and aubergines. They are filling and go well with Chinotto, beer or a Coca-Cola. Spartan but characteristic atmosphere. Near Pirta Genoa. Self-service. To be repeated for an informal evening!

Sono abruzzese e secondo me questi sono i migliori arrosticini di Milano. Ho provato praticamente tutti i posti che li fanno e posso dire che da Roast Eat è tutto autentico, buono e in un' atmosfera confortevole. Lo consiglio sempre a chiunque!

30/03/2024: I had the pleasure of having lunch here recently and I must say that the experience was exceptional. The food was simply exquisite, every dish we tried was prepared to perfection, with clear attention to detail and an explosion of authentic flavours. Even more surprising was to find that, despite the high quality of the dishes, the prices were incredibly low, offering exceptional value for the quality received. It's rare to find a place that balances culinary excellence and affordability so well. Absolutely recommended for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience without emptying their wallet.
