È stata davvero una bella cena di coppia. Il posto è molto intimo e autentico. Due grandi camini accesi hanno riscaldato la serata in tutti i sensi. I proprietari e il personale di sala sono cordiali, preparati e accoglienti. Il cibo è quello tipico pugliese quindi con tante opzioni vegetariane, ma cucinato in modo leggero e gustoso. Le portate sono tante anche se si sceglie il menù piccola trattoria. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di portare a casa la torta per la colazione del giorno dopo che proprio non siamo riusciti a gustare a fine cena perché troppo sazi. Bravi, bravi, bravi. consigliato.

Excellent welcome with mulled wine.
They offer 2 menus (all from the waiter), a mini one with appetizers, first course fruit and dessert (we took this and I assure you it is enough to be satisfied).
The appetizers, tasty, delicious, homemade with excellent products and delicious tastes.
Two first courses, also excellent.
Seasonal fruit
Homemade dessert and, moreover, artisanal panettone (a delicacy).
Finally, home made digestives (excellent naturalness and taste).
At just over 40 euros each.

I am not often inclined to write reviews on the places I visit, except in cases where they particularly sin or, on the contrary, when they shine for goodness, skill and courtesy. Bros Trattoria certainly belongs to the latter species, with which I have not been able to find any flaws of any kind. Simple and traditional cuisine, executed to perfection, poor ingredients but handled with care and respect, rustic but well-kept location, staff present but not suffocating. Connections that gave me and my family a truly pleasant experience. A welcome touch were the greetings from the hostess, which arrived directly at the table.

If there is a place like home this is Roots, the staff is very kind and professional, welcoming and the management is helpful beyond measure. Talking about food is obvious, a Pellegrino guarantee to which is added the experience of food entirely cooked in a wood oven. The icing on the cake is the cat Margot. We wholeheartedly thank the Chef and Mohammed (Elvis 🙃) for taking care to make us have a wonderful day.

Really a great choice to come here! Nice, clean and quiet environment. Very kind staff. We found attention towards the customer, small touches that made us feel pampered, a lot of kindness and many really good dishes! More than generous portions and prices absolutely in line with what we ate and with the quality of the products! Thanks and see you next time

Locale davvero molto carino, soprattutto la zona esterna con un bellissimo giardino e tante lucine a fare atmosfera!
I ragazzi molto gentili e simpatici, ci hanno guidato durante la cena.
Abbiamo scelto la degustazione del giorno e siamo rimasti piacevolmente soddisfatti della cena.
Piatti della tradizione preparati con molta cura, materie prime di ottima qualità e servizio molto attento.
Speriamo di tornare presto!
