I really liked the restaurant, great atmosphere, very friendly waiters, great food. I will recommend it to my French friends Don't hesitate, it's amazing

Uno dei nostri ristoranti preferiti...ci siamo stati più volte...in alternativa alla pizza questa volta abbiamo mangiato dei primi squisiti e come dolce la delizia al limone molto delicata. Il personale sempre gentile.

Our group of 3 families (3 small children) have eaten here twice during our stay in Bologna. Each time we were happy with our orders and the food was delicious. Staff was friendly and service was good. Ps: i recommend the Burrata and Porcini Pizza!!

We have got in hungry and excited to try some Italian pizza. The staff was nice, but the ambient was noisy. You could hear the pizza maker smack the pizza and the whole ground shake. We ordered the meat balls and two pizzas, margherita and vegan. The meat balls were great! Totally recommend. But the pizzas were very doughy. The margherita was okay, but I ordered the vegan specially expecting not to have any meat or fat, but it was so soggy and oily, with awful canned mushrooms, it gave me a tummy acke. I was very disappointed.

Inside, the temperature was crazy, too hot, there was no air and it was February. Pizza for tourists, nothing exceptional. The service is good. Pumpy price for the quality offered.

This restaurant is within the Mercato di Mezze, a food court, on the top floor. We had a sharing plate of appetisers as starters - the meatball with Ragu were a highlight. Then we had a traditional pizza plus a fried one. Both were tasty. Too full for desserts so we had glasses of melon cream & lemon cream liqueurs. Both were delicious. The staff were very friendly & helpful.

Rosso Pomodoro non è solo pizza! Abbiamo pranzato con un antipasto di polpo e primi buonissimi. Complimenti a tutto lo staff e a Fabio in particolare. Ritorneremo a trovarvi.

Not sure if we eat to travel if we travel to eat. Either way, food markets have a strong pull on our travel habits. We came in from Milan for 3 bites in Bologna, we dropped our bags at the air BnB on Piazza Maggiore and hit the town. Didn’t have to go far to find Mercato di Mezzo. Rosso was the perfect place for me; had everything I wanted. Service over the counter was all smiles under an Oakland A’s hat. Bonus! The others hit different food kiosks for pizza, oysters, pasta, and such. Had to do this before calling it a night. Tourists and locals alike seemed to enjoy being in Italy’s food Mecca. The excitement over our first time in Emilia Romagna made sleep hard to get. This is a must go to in anyone’s life time. We will surely be back!
