Rosticceria Nosadella Food Lab In Bologna

I chose the nosadella rotisserie for my graduation party. In addition to being super helpful and kind, the quality of the products was excellent. The gluten, vegetarian and gluten-free lasagna (delivered hot!!) were all delicious, as were the gluten-free friggione and tigelle (specially prepared at my request). All the guests appreciated it very much and complimented it, so the thanks are not just mine but on behalf of everyone, thank you so much!

Durante la nostra settimana a Bologna abbiamo trovato questa rosticceria/ristorantino con una grande varietà di pietanze, molto buone, prezzi contenuti. Un piccolo locale, semplice, personale gentile, fuori dal circuito turistico. Ci è piaciuto, e siamo tornati, questa volta per pranzo, quando si possono scegliere anche primi piatti. Lo consiglio vivamente!

A very nice rotisserie, with a wide choice of combinations of good and in my case vegetarian foods. Owner and staff very kind and friendly. Excellent prices. Excellent solution for a quick and hot lunch, comfortably seated.

A welcoming family nest where you eat deliciously. Lots of choice, all very fresh! Braised meat and pumpkin is my favorite dish... the fiordilatte is delicious!

Locale carinissimo, caldo e accogliente. Titolari squisiti, abbiamo chiacchierato come fossimo amici. Cibo ottimo. L’educazione e la classe di queste persone non si trova facilmente. Io e i miei bambini siamo stati benissimo.

This restaurant is all about classic bolognese food, fresh n very taste. Service is nice n the atmosphere is very chill. The best part the prices are great for the food quality, will come back here.

There is a lot of choice and everything is of excellent quality. Spacious tortellini in broth, excellent baked potatoes and tenderness like grandma's. Very kind staff. Absolutely recommended

Truly delicious gluten free Italian food. Unlike many other places, they do not serve any ready-made Everything is hand made, well balanced and satisfying. Such a great place to eat proper Italian food when you are celiac. The tagliatelle were especially good and the Catalan cream was the best one we had in years. Would highly recommend it to any celiac and anyone else. Thanks for the great lunch!
