This beautiful historic establishment was recommended by our hotel concierge. From the outside it doesn’t appear very large. Once inside the warm welcome of our server, Sebastian, put us totally at ease. He patiently assisted us to navigate the menu. Sebastian explained how I could stick to my mainly plant based meal. After enjoying a choice of four locally baked bread (one gluten free at our request) with the fruitiest extra virgin olive oil, we enjoyed our starters “primi”. Mine was the smoothest and creamiest carrot soup with a touch of ground cinnamon, satisfying and served on perfect bowl-plate. My spouse’s was spinach and ricotta balls with fresh tomato sauce. Mains were an amazing white fish “humberjack” a delicious grilled dense white fish along with grilled veg, soft cannellini beans, wilted spinach, and the same with salmon for me with a generous portion of sautéed potatoes. A couple of bottles of mineral water. We were too full for the desserts although fresh fruit was on the menu. We look forward to coming back soon!

Cena allo storico Ristorante Sabatini di Firenze, elegante e pregevole location, cortese e professionale accoglienza da parte di tutto lo staff, ottimi cibi preparati sia sotto l’aspetto culinario che coreografico, con particolare sottolineatura ai Paccheri alla Carbonara ed Asparagi ed ottimo rapporto prezzo-qualità.

Ci sono stato a pranzo con la mia fidanzata. Bellissimo locale storico e romantico! Gran bella accoglienza, servizio gentilissimo! Abbiamo scelto gran misto toscano, pappa al pomodoro, tagliatelle al ragù toscano e tagliata di manzo gorgonzola e noci, piatti super abbondanti e davvero delle delizie al palato! Si è palesata con dei clienti l'immensa pazienza dei camerieri e del cuoco. Molto vantaggioso lo sconto con gli Yuma di the fork anche se il costo dei caffè ...mah...comunque lo consiglio eccome!

Piacevole scoperta nel cuore Firenze! Un locale dove l'eleganza la si nota sin dall'ingresso, piatti ottimi, cameriri attenti e gentili! Unica pecca, sarà stato un caso, la lunga attesa per le portate!
