Third visit, still a wonderful time. The welcome, the service, the staff and of course the cuisine. Perfect tasting menu so many flavors and textures, accompanied by wine very well recommended by the sommelier And a truly exceptional hostess. Efficient smiling in short a very pleasant moment.

There is a lot of talent in the kitchen and it can be found in the dishes with excellent raw materials and always successful combinations that come together and enhance each other. The cellar is excellent, with honest prices. Always attentive and discreet service in a chic environment. Absolutely worth trying.

We loved this restaurant, the food is very good and the atmosphere perfect, we will come back with pleasure.

Gourmet restaurant that is definitely worth its Michelin star. Everything is perfect, the welcome, the service, the cuisine, the presentation of the dishes, a real moment of happiness! I highly recommend, if you are in the Imperia area, don't hesitate for a second, go to Sarri for dinner.

First time in a restaurant with 1 Michelin star and I would say an experience worth repeating for sure. Beautiful and well-kept restaurant, located on the seafront of Imperia. Excellent service that puts you at ease and treats the customer well in every respect. High quality raw materials, some flavors never tried and truly exceptional. Served with a very elegant and precise plating. Fair price given the quality of the chef and staff.

My wife knows that I like hotels and restaurants and she always offers me some experiences as gifts (and I love that)! For Christmas she offered me a meal at Sarri. We live in Albenga but we did not know the place (although we realized once there that we had already tried the Chef proposals while he was working in his previous restaurant). Today was a most pleasant experience. Located on the sea, along a quiet street, the restaurant provides an excellent impression as soon as you arrive: the terrace is ready to welcome guests even in winter and inside the restaurant is modern, stylish and elegant in a discrete way (remember that in Liguria people are shy). Staff were all very welcoming, professional and attentive (although young); special mention for The maître d’ (the Chef wife? ): polite, discreet and professional. The food: great! Original, inventive, elegant. Of course it’s a bit pricey but quality has a cost and here everything, from the food to the decoration, is chosen with attention. Perhaps they would even deserve something more in terms of stars rating! Bravissimi!

A magnificent moment, a New Year's Eve dinner worthy of a 2 star, attentive service without being intrusive, good advice for wines. The Chef applauded at midnight!

A Michelin-starred restaurant that highlights Ligurian cuisine. Really an excellent address.

What a fabulous surprise! Great dining, excellent food, great staff, charming pace; an amazing experience at 360 degrees with a nice overwater view from the outside terrace.. The welcome at the table by the owner was absolutely incredible, we were offered a pre appetizer with tasty revisited refined flavors from Ligurian cuisine. We started with an entry of smoked raw fish with citrus jam and figs, a sublime rounded taste that nourished our palate followed but two main courses, black potatoes gnocchi stuffed with pesto and seafood salad and tortelli pasta stuffed with cuttlefish and beetroot, in a beetroot salsa; simply fabulous. We decided to have only a glass of a local wine ( the choice is quite wide on the wine list) but it would worth to explore more. Last but not least, the dessert; the final surprising “cherry on the cake”. An offered pre dessert made from zabaione sauce before we ordered a “Strawberry grapes, almonds and cinnamon” puffy cloud and the “ Chocolate semifreddo, orange, hazelnuts ice cream and spices extract” . Absolutely to be visited again, it worth to last cent spent! Thanks for creating this amazing spot, nothing comparable to what is generally found in many touristic places. I recommend this place.
