Locale molto accogliente e personale cortese e professionale. Cibo ottimo. Abbiamo mangiato abbondantemente e egregiamente. Sicuramente torneremo per degustare altre prelibatezze.

Positively surprised by the excellent cuisine, probably the best in the area, because it is made with the highest quality materials and a successful evolution of local recipes. Always let Mr. Maurizio advise you on which dishes to choose from the rich menu, where you will also find fish and vegetarian dishes. Strictly homemade pasta!

Very bad experience. The cheese fondue in the trio of flans was freezing, the truffle tagliolini were all stuck together, one or all were always due to the fondue. The gnocchi tasted of very little, only the bit of meat was saved. All for almost 90 euros without desserts, without bitters and with two glasses of wine.

Even though it was a very busy evening we were served very quickly. Everything was good, especially the pastries and desserts. We'll be back!

I loved this little restaurant where everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail and you can feel the love of the owner and his staff: starting from the bread baskets with strictly homemade biscuits and breadsticks to the self-produced pastas (the gnocchi are delicious) and tasty and well-made desserts. introduce yourself! Il Locale è imperdibile per chi capita in zona, è stata una piacevole sorpresa, il livello e la ricercatezza dei piatti è molto alto e l'utilizzo delle materie prime in modi più ricercati e sapienti è già visibile leggendo il menù. Ottimi gli antipasti con dei tortini di verdure su fonduta spettacolari, ottimo il pane fatto in casa con grissini e pane all'anice tipico della zona e spettacolari le paste fatte in casa, dagli gnocchi di patate viola ai maltagliati, un luogo sicuramente in cui tornare. Servizio eccellente, professionale e simpatico, prezzo più che onesto. Se siete in zona Amiata venite assolutamente a provarlo, magari con una giornata in Spa nel loro hotel che sta sopra, per avere un'esperienza veramente completa.
