Cibo buono, location accogliente, troppo tempo di attesa per mangiare, nota molto dolente il conto troppo caro per quello che abbiamo preso (il primo piatto l’abbiamo saltato)…

A welcoming and well-kept place, impeccable and helpful staff, despite not being a fish lover I managed to eat everything I ordered because it was delicious, you can feel that the raw materials are fresh and prepared with great skill. All very good.

For a long time I had wanted to go there on the recommendation of a friend from the area. Then the opportunity arose with a friend to go to dinner with and we chose the Colander. Very beautiful and elegant environment, well-kept and warm (being December we really liked the internal temperature). Very interesting menu. We took all three different dishes and I must say that we were all very satisfied including the wine that I recommend (Petra Suvereto winery). Unique, if we really want to find a small flaw, the service which, despite being very professional for my taste, was a little cold (I personally love greater involvement). However, I would like to highly recommend this restaurant of absolute quality.

I rarely post reviews but this time I can't help myself. Recommended wine better than the one chosen, excellent raw, seasoned and plated to perfection, fried done as God commands, right portion and very light, perfect first course both in terms of pasta and sauté. So passed with flying colors. I personally always frequent Versilia for the quality of the fish but I have to change my mind here you can find a very high level of cuisine. I will definitely return soon even though it has been perhaps more than 10 years since I went and I can hardly be more surprised by places that unfortunately aim more at mass than quality.
