Do you wait a long time at the table to receive the dishes you ordered? Yes, if the place is full. An ember, a person who dedicates himself to it. Maybe not enough for the number of seats? This is probably the limit. But let's get to the meat: the medallion (which I thought was a hamburger) was divine. The grilled lamb and the pork sausage are excellent. And the cut is good. Enjoyable are the simple side dishes (roasted potatoes and under-ash potatoes and sautéed herbs) and the desserts (coppa ricotta and crescenda first and foremost, the millefeuille being less savory). We knew it would take a long time (today is a pre-holiday) and we brought a book with us. Apparently the farmer's wine is often absent and okay he takes the bottle, I would say that given the fair prices of the rest of the dishes he can be allowed it. Service with few frills. A place you either like or don't like. We agree. A place of and for the belly.

I had dinner with a group of friends, the place is very nice. It's a 100% typical place but the staff was a bit rude and hasty. We waited a long time even compared to other tables that arrived with us but the relationship between the quality of the food and the price is really excellent. I would recommend it if you want to eat excellent grilled meat at a moderate expense but personally I wouldn't go back.

Modest prices and very high quality, a combination that is often not found. For two people we bought a bottle of wine, a mixed assortment of cured meats and cheeses, a tartare which was delicious and very abundant to say the least, a 1.6kg Florentine steak, two side dishes and two desserts. We spent 110 euros, which in my opinion was well deserved. The tavern is inside the town of Bevagna, medieval and delightful. A relaxed and carefree atmosphere. To return and to recommend!

Andiamo spesso per mangiare la carne e prodotti tipici. Molto buono

Ho mangiato in questo locale il 31 dicembre 2023. Il menù alla carta (non faceva cenone) si basa soprattutto su piatti di carne, affettati, e contorni di verdure e legumi. Materie prime di ottima qualità (il proprietario possiede anche una macelleria nei pressi del ristorante) e piatto forte carne cotta alla griglia. Carta dei vini particolarmente attenta ai vini locali con varie qualità di Sagrantino. Abbiamo mangiato ottimamente con prezzi più che adeguati. Unica pecca i tavoli un po’ troppo fitti. Comunque da tornarci!

Non comprendo che tipo di problemi possa avere la gente che lascia pareri negativi sulla qualità dei piatti serviti e sui tempi di attesa faraonici... mia moglie ed io abbiamo cenato in questa splendida trattoria sabato 9/12, trovando sapori e colori in linea con le nostre attese. Carni e vini eccezionali (ci è stato servito come antipasto una tartare di carne cruda condita a puntino e poi mia moglie ha preso l'agnello allo scottadito ed io una tagliata per poi concludere con due dolci eccezionali una sbriciolata di cioccolato ed io una coppa di ricotta vaccina con scaglie di cioccolato), servizio rapido ed essenziale. Rapporto qualità/prezzo onestissimo e, non ci crederete, mi hanno fatto lo scontrino pur avendo pagato in contanti. Eppoi bevagna è proprio una chicca da visitare...imperdibile.
