The farmhouse is totally renovated and surrounded by greenery, the location is very quiet. The rooms are simple but very clean and well furnished. The Spa is very pleasant. There is a beautiful hot tub, sauna, Turkish bath, changing rooms; it is ideal for spending a relaxing afternoon. Breakfast is served at the table, good with some homemade products. The managers are extremely helpful people for any request or need and extremely friendly and kind. I would happily return.

A resort surrounded by greenery, modern rooms furnished with style and equipped with every comfort. The cuisine is the real must, excellent traditional dishes revisited in a modern key. Truly recommended!

I chose this structure to celebrate my birthday with my friends, I couldn't have chosen better! Lovely place and structure with a beautiful spa. My room was wonderful! The owners ELisa and LUca are fantastic people, we were amazed by their kindness and helpfulness, something truly rare to find, delicious food, breakfast with homemade desserts, we also had dinner in their restaurant, excellent meat, like everything else. The activities they recommended to us were also beautiful and exciting. We will definitely be back

Siamo stati ospiti in questa bellissima struttura al confine tra l’Umbria e le Marche dove la gentilezza, la solarità e le costanti attenzioni di Elisa e di suo marito Gianluca hanno contribuito alla magia del nostro soggiorno. Ambiente pulitissimo, elegante, confortevole dove regna una grande atmosfera di pace e serenità. Area relax fantastica e nuovissima, curata nei dettagli. Colazione ottima, con deliziosi dolci fatti in casa ogni giorno diversi. Insomma il Serendipity è un piccolo angolo di paradiso immerso nel verde della natura dove ci si sente davvero a casa. Certamente ritorneremo in estate per godere anche dell’ampia piscina esterna. Assolutamente consigliato! Grazie Andrea e Raffaella

Sublime experience regarding the place, the service and Elisa's welcome. Cozy and clean room, abundant breakfast that satisfies every desire. For dinner, being closed during this period, the restaurant in the building recommended us the San Bartolomeo, also owned by them, just 3 km away, with a kitchen and pizzeria masterfully managed by Elisa's husband. We will return in the summer so as not to miss a nice swim in the outdoor pool. See you soon!

It was a wonderful experience... The owners are people of truly rare kindness... Despite our presence... let's say cumbersome (we were 16 people with a thousand different needs) they welcomed us and satisfied us in every way. ... The clean environment, very honest prices .... in short, you can't ask for more 😘

Tappa di un tour in bici della ciclo appenninica alta marche. Ci ritroviamo in un posto magico, che ha il sapore e l'odore di casa, si respira la cordialità dei due proprietari e la gentilezza che li contraddistingue. Struttura ristrutturata con gusto, molto carina la spa, camere confortevoli e curate nel dettaglio e cibo ottimo. Da segnalare che la cordialità e la disponibilità non è scontata per chi fa turismo e qui veramente ci si sente accolti e si respira la cura verso l'altro. Continuate così ❤️
