Shabu Japanese Fusion In Como

We went to this place for Easter dinner. The service was slow, even though there weren't many people. The rice was overcooked, which is why I didn't like the sushi/uramaki. However, the atmosphere was very nice.

Very very good sushi, with excellent particular specialties that you don't often encounter, also meat and vegan options. The place is beautiful, very well looked after and the guys are all kind. There are 12 courses that can be ordered with the All You Can Eat formula, the girls recommend 3 orders of 4 courses. I find this method a little inconvenient because it "forces" the girls to constantly go around the tables to take orders but the service is very fast. A little ridiculous, in my opinion, are the portions of sashimi and ravioli, respectively 4 tiny pieces and 2 ravioli, very good, but very small. However, by taking the rolls, you really get full and they are very good

Always a joy to return even if sometimes, for our tastes, between one course and another, a bit of a wait. Nice environment even if in some places the wallpaper needs to be changed.

It's a good fusion restaurant, it's a shame that it has gone backwards a lot in the last year! compared to 2022 the Rolls have halved in size! the "new ordering formula" is somewhat affected by quantity and quality! If before it was without a shadow of a doubt our first choice of Sushi restaurant, now unfortunately no longer...

Posto veramente carino e ben arredato (non proprio in centro a Como, ma poco importa). Prezzo finale onesto e giusto; se rapportato alla qualità, abbiamo pagato veramente poco! Questo perché si tratta di uno dei più buoni ristoranti di sushi che abbia mai frequentato!! Ogni portata era veramente squisita, saporita e ben cucinata (e un indizio è dato dal fatto che c'era tanto tempo di attesa, forse troppo, tra una portata e l'altra, segno che stavano preparando tutto in cucina al momento, e dunque non si trattava di roba già pronta). Tuttavia, il servizio è stato alquanto insoddisfacente ed assolutamente da rivedere!! Tutte le cameriere erano molto gentili e disponibili, tuttavia il locale prende 3 stelle anziché 5 dalle modalità di organizzazione del pranzo e da come le cameriere (in particolare una) hanno condizionato il nostro pranzo! In pratica, si possono fare tante portate quante sono le persone al tavolo, ed ogni portata deve essere di massimo 16 piatti. A me non piace farmi porre limiti, perché vorrei mangiare quanto mi pare, e ciò dipende da tante cose, ma comunque questa gestione da parte del locale, unita ad un tempo abbastanza dilatato (come detto sopra) tra una portata e l'altra, ti porta a gustare tutto in maniera idonea e a non abbuffarti subito all'inizio. L'errore (ripetuto) della cameriera è stato quello di consigliarci di diminuire i piatti nelle portate perché secondo lei non ce l'avremmo fatta a mangiare oltre 20 piatti di roll!! E soprattutto, avendo noi prenotato alle 13:00, e essendo arrivati a finire di mangiare la prima portata intorno alle 14 circa, visto che la cucina chiudeva alle 14:30, ci ha messo più volte fretta nello scegliere i piatti: di conseguenza, per la fretta, abbiamo messo quasi tutti piatti a caso nella seconda e nella terza portata e soprattutto non ne abbiamo presi il massimo di quanti in teoria ci spettassero. Alla fine, avevamo ancora fame e spazio per mangiare ancora!! Sfortunatamente, sto facendo questa recensione a circa due mesi di distanza dall'accaduto, quindi non ricordo bene tutti i dettagli, ma al momento posso assicurare che la situazione era surreale e spiacevole (la cameriera veniva a chiederci ogni 3 minuti se avevamo scelto cosa ordinare). In conclusione: qualità del cibo assolutamente fantastica, ma servizio e modalità decisamente bocciate!!

Tried it for the first time today for lunch. Nice and elegant place. Open sushi formula with a fairly varied lunch menu for the price. Present original and particular dishes. Sushi and meat as well as fish dishes. Very good vegan sushi with different proposals. The best in my opinion is the Taggiasco. Fast and efficient service, friendly staff. There is also a non-sushi children's menu.

Excellent sushi, tasty and particular dishes. If I have to find a fault the environment with a cold temperature for my tastes. Tastefully furnished, friendly and helpful staff.

Pranzo in un giorno feriale. Prenotazione per 6.Locale grande e pulito, atmosfera lounge, con luce soffusa. Comodi i divanetti. Servizio molto gentile. Puoi ordinare a prezzo fisso, fino a 12 portate, suddivise in 3 tranches. Cibo:vario e buono. Sfiziosi i tacos. Prezzo: 26 euro a testa (x6) comprensivi di 2 bottiglie di prosecco. Ci tornerò.

Esperienza di eccellenza da Shabu Como. Abbiamo optato per la formula "All You can eat", e abbiamo gustato piatti belli e saporiti. Pesce super fresco.
