Located on the street without too many pretensions, the "Sordella" restaurant could go almost unnoticed, at least to those who don't know its history, and yet, once you cross the threshold it leaves you speechless. As soon as you enter the room you have the impression of being in a place you already know: you immediately feel at ease thanks to the friendly welcome and furthermore, the color of the walls and some shabby chic pieces of furniture complete this sense of calm. . The service is attentive and discreet. The dishes are served in decorated and well-presented ceramics. The appetizer, a riot of flavors made up of assorted preparations. The first course of cold fish, whose presentation is impeccable, is a combination of delicious, fresh and tasty flavours. And this is followed by a series of dishes served in the center of the table. We move with harmony of taste from refined to gourmet, from raw to cooked up to the rigorously fried cod and the tasty and fragrant fried pizzas. Each dish is served with measure over time. Excellent spaghetti with clams: balance between the ingredients and cooked to perfection. The scent is the beauty of the paccheri allo scoglio of some diners and pleasantly reached my nostrils and also my eyes. The dinner was accompanied by an excellent goat wine. And finally, a choice of quality desserts. Mrs. Katia, owner of the restaurant, is a very kind person. I highly recommend it.
