I stayed with my family and friends at the sport hotel Majaré this summer. Below I will report the pros and cons that I encountered during my stay Pro - The hotel is located in an excellent position overlooking the peaks and at the same time outside the chaos of Pozza di Fassa - The Spa is very beautiful and the girl who runs it is very approachable and nice - Relaxing in the pool with a view of the mountains is truly pleasant when returning from walks at high altitude - Clean rooms Let's get to the cons (which we talked about with the owner at checkout) - I found the cuisine to be really low level for a 4 star, both for the raw materials used and for the execution of the dishes such as the cannelloni in Aurora sauce, our immediate impression was that the dishes were prepared by foreign staff who he did not have full mastery of Italian cuisine. Unfortunately, in a week we often sent several dishes back. Added to this are inattentive and sloppy dining room staff. But as far as cooking and table service are concerned, I don't make it a question of nationality, because I personally have worked in a restaurant with staff from all over the world and there are non-Italian people who are good at cooking Italian dishes. as well as waiters. For breakfast there are some homemade cakes, 2 types of hotel croissants, cheap fruit, cold cuts, yogurt, cereals, fruit juices and cheap jams. In the morning at breakfast they forgot several times to come and take the coffee order and in the evening at dinner (having to choose the day before for the next day as in all the hotels I stayed in with half board) it happened more once they were wrong with the courses they had chosen, to overcome this problem we took photos and when we pointed out that they were wrong, they replied that we remembered it wrong, they then had to change their minds after seeing the photos with the choices done. Offer of wines from €6 sold for €25, something unheard of I understand to double... Triple.... but quadrupling means not being honest..... I have stayed in Trentino in many structures from 3 to 5 stars and even in 3 stars I have eaten much, much better and to think that in the room confirmation it said Majaré gourmet.... but they really don't know what Gourmet is! - the hotel does not have an agreement for the Val di Fassa lifts, therefore you will pay the full price of the panorama pass card at €114 for 6 days instead of 103 but it is worth doing - rooms with balconies with a view but small (both ours for 4 people and that of our friends for 2). Small bathroom and shower. One thing that I honestly don't quite understand whether it is compliant or not (but certainly dangerous) is the television mounted above the bed where my daughter slept. If it fell for any reason the person sleeping underneath would get hurt. - leaving aside the fact that we were charged for 2 coffees taken 15 minutes before the restaurant opened for breakfast, we found several charges for drinks never made at the bar... Herbal teas, beers, aperitifs... so check carefully before paying - Non-existent reception staff. In all the other structures where I stayed in Trentino, at check in the staff was always ready to indicate the activities in the valley... The places to visit and also the excursions organized by the structure itself.... at the Majaré hotel from the welcome at checkout, none of this. We never found any staff available to ask for advice. Overall I don't feel like recommending it, at most choose the stay without catering

Ho appena trascorso un "weekend lungo" cioè da sabato a lunedì, in questo hotel, cosa dire nel complesso un hotel molto buono. Personale competente e simpatico, 5 stelle meritatissime per la zona wellness veramente ben fatta, molto ampia e di recente costruzione, con 2 bagni turchi con diverse temperature, 2 saune anch'esse con diverse temperature una vasca di acqua fredda dove camminare, docce sensoriali e ben 2 aree relax. Anche la piscina interna che comunica con l'esterno, nella quale ci sono anche la zona idromassaggio e la cascata d'acqua, è veramente bella. La struttura in generale è molto spaziosa e ben tenuta. La colazione molto varia e con abbondanza di prodotti, particolare nota alla squisita crostata alla marmellata di albicocca! Veniamo ai lati non del tutto positivi: Io ho dormito in una singola "classic" la 111 per essere precisi e devo dire che come spazi andava bene per essere una singola, ma l'arredamento era veramente troppo datato ed usurato per essere in un hotel 4 stelle. Comunque tutto molto pulito, il letto era comodo e non mancava nulla. Raccomando solo alla proprietà di dare una rimodernata al mobilio. Sicuramente le altre stanze (più moderne) saranno meglio. La cena non ha centrato del tutto le mie aspettative, voglio essere chiaro: niente di particolarmente negativo, ma a mio parere si potrebbe fare di meglio sia come materie prime che come esecuzione dei piatti, in generale è un ristorante da hotel a 3 stelle, non da 4 stelle. Come dicevo, nel complesso, un hotel in cui ritornerò senz'altro. magari trovando le stanze rimodernate e un ristorante migliorato...

Siamo stati ospiti nel mese di luglio per 10gg 2 camere doppie come 5 anni fà. Posizione e servizio eccellente. Neo negativo per cui non sarò più vostro ospite, Al.momemto del conto avendo mandato acconto per le 2 camere con carta di credito mi viene detto che l'acconto totale versato si può mettere solo su una camera,va bene tiro fuori libretto assegni e mi viene detto che non li accettano quando alla.prenotazione non mi era stato detto nulla,per fortuna mio suocero aveva 2 bancomat per saldare il conto,avevate il numero della mia carta di credito a garanzia e l avervi già pagato 5 anni fa con l'assegno.altro neo chiedo cortesemente se potevano farmi una torta per 4 persone per festeggiare il compleanno di mia moglie e ne fanno una per minimo 20-25 per trovarmi nel conto 70 euro di addebito bastava dire che x 4 persone eravate impossibilitati,l avrei presa in pasticceria. Mi sono trovato addebitato mezzo bicchiere d acqua per prendere una pasticca di medicina. Peccato avete perso 4 clienti E soprattutto il consigliare il vostro albergo ad altre persone. È la prima volta che ho avuto questa esperienza in Trentino. E da come vedo alle recensioni negative neanche rispondete

Hotel top proprietà cordiale e simpatica ma soprattutto personale gentile e disponibile.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questo meraviglioso hotel per la seconda volta,e per la seconda volta è stata una piacevole conferma..cibo, pulizia, gentilezza del personale e dei titolari Mirko e Elena . Tutti molto attenti alle nostre esigenze .. Colazione e cena super.. La nostra camera una junior suite molto spaziosa con un terrazzino con vista montagna 🗻 Spa e piscina..relax garantito ❣️ Ottima la posizione vicino all'impianto buffare(con un bellissimo parco giochi per bambini) e con una breve passeggiata si raggiunge il centro di Pozza. Ci torneremo sicuramente anche il prossimo anno con la nostra piccola turbina 😅.

Dispone di tutti i comfort per trascorrere un'ottima vacanza in tranquillità. Il cibo è buono e le camere sono accoglienti. Il personale è molto disponibile e cordiale.

Pienamente soddisfatta dal nostro soggiorno al Majarè. Bellissima struttura ben posizionata, ottima cucina, staff sempre cortese, stanze caratteristiche e ben pulite. Se dovessi fermarmi a pensare a qualcosa di negativo non mi verrebbe in mente nulla. Solo il dispiacere al momento della partenza. La prossima estate torneremo..aspettateci! Martina
