Restaurant found by pure chance through The Fork and it was a wonderful surprise! Friendly and polite staff, excellent and plentiful dishes. Orecchiette with turnip tops delicious!!! Plus they offered us a round of bitters (something no one does anymore!). Highly recommended!!!

Really nice place, staff always friendly and polite. You eat well and you pay fairly. I have gone more than once and to this day have never been disappointed.

The fish was really good, we took crusted sea bass and grilled salmon, I don't give 5 stars because the orecchiette with turnip tops were terrible, no tops present, the leaves were not fresh but frozen, moreover they were very salty , in short, not worthy of an Apulian restaurant.

Per la verità ho conosciuto Strippoli nel 1968 quando con un piccola friggitoria vicino all'Università, lui e tutta la famiglia offrivano per 1.000 lire un panzerotto formato letto matrimoniale e un bicchiere di splendido rosato pugliese. La stirpe pugliese entrava in punta di piedi a Milano, lavorando sodo e silenziosamente collaborando al suo boom. Barbieri e sarti di incontravano il lunedì mattina all'inizipo della Galleria verso il Duomo. Erano splendidi tempi e qualche illustre quotidiano potrebbe forse far conoscere questa ed altre storie di tanti operosi e affermati immigrati. GfG

Siamo stati quì per la notte del 31 dicembre, ci siamo trovati bene perchè abbiamo trovato un posto che non faceva solo cenone e quindi potevi prendere ciò che volevi. Il personale è stato molto cortese e alla mano. Il ragazzo giovane che ci ha accolto super... Non sembrava nemmeno di essere a Milano, sembrava un locale di quartiere. Avrei voluto provare il mega antipasto proposto come vedevo in queste foto ma non penso sarei riuscita poi a mangiarmi anche la pizza. La pizza era abbastanza buona ma non eccellente. Il costo nella media.
