Top experience! Very light pizza dough, but you can choose from many types of dough including wholemeal charcoal cereals and many others. New pizzas including pizza carbonara or Mortazzona which you can see in the posted video! The variety of products is also excellent for those who don't eat pizza! I recommend coming to experience the lightness of the stomach the next day!

If you are looking for a 3 Michelin star restaurant you have absolutely the wrong place but if instead you are looking for a good pizzeria and the perfect place the pizzas are really excellent and the good and tasty frittini are absolutely no exception, note of merit to the polite and professional staff recommended

Il piacere di mangiare all aperto in queste serate di fine estate. Il personale molto accogliente, educato e gentile. Ottima la pizza. Abbiamo preso due pizze diverse anche nell impasto, entrambe ottime. Da provare.

Pizza molto buona. Ci siamo tornati volentieri. Proprietaria molto ligia alle regole. Tavolino un po' precario solo quello esterno. Molto bello l'arredamento interno.

31/03/2024: The restaurant is located in the historic center of Gallipoli managed by a staff of young guys, the food is very fresh and good and cooked with care. I absolutely recommend it to anyone who loves good food.

06/04/2024: Oasis among the Alimini!!! Very easy place to reach, although close to the main street, it enjoys privacy and a unique atmosphere🤩🤩🤩 Immersed in nature, it feels like being in an exclusive destination where you can enjoy one of the most beautiful places in Salento in total relaxation. And then the kitchen. Spectacular. Traditional but also refined dishes, excellent raw materials. Very nice restaurant and excellent value for money!!! Highly recommended
