The location of Taverna della Goliardia is a big asset. It's close to the highway, so instead of eating in a boring place along the highway, a 10 minute drive up the hill brings you to another dimension. Magliano Sabina is a cute little village, with fantastic views and green surroundings. The food at Taverna della Goliardia is really good, seasonal, fresh products are used. Great atmosphere, lovely decor, absolutely worth visiting!

A warm and friendly place with amazing seasonal Italian food with a hint of French influence. They travel the world and bring back ingredients to incorporate into the Sabine flavors. Lovely nonne cooking in the kitchen giving the dishes all the perfect seasoning that only comes from pleasing palates for many decades. But it's not just about the food: great atmosphere and music along with awesome wine selection. If you are lucky enough to find this place by chance then you are in for a real treat! The melanzana lasagna al forno is not to be missed.

Posto che è stato un'autentica scoperta: iniziare con un assaggio dei loro oli d'oliva ,continuando con i carciofi e poi primi e secondi eccellenti. Consiglio vivamente questa taverna a conduzione familiare. Luciana da Palermo

Tornando da un weekend in Umbria mio marito ha trovato questo posticino in Sabina davvero familiare, perfetto per un pranzo della domenica! Cibo ottimo, dolci spaziali! Torneremo sicuramente a farci coccolare un po'! Chiara & Livio

Very pleasant discovery.. Well-maintained and very clean location... it shows refinement and desire to give an interesting idea in the food and wine proposal... Excellent cold cuts and cheese starter. Tonnarelli with truffles, paccherini with porcini mushrooms, bread, meatballs and really, really good desserts. I highly recommend it.

02/03/2024: Small restaurant in Poggio Mirteto was a pleasant surprise, excellent food and pleasant and professional owner, very good fish menu, I highly recommend a visit. Returned today for lunch with my son and his girlfriend, we ate a fish-based menu which fully met our expectations. Heartfelt compliments to the chef and the owner who is always attentive to customer needs. Well done, I will be happy to praise your place.

07/04/2024: We went to this restaurant on Easter Monday and the food was excellent. Finger-fried pig worth 10. You pay the right amount, the staff and owner are great. We will definitely be back.
