What a place! One of those places you invariably 'walk past' on the way the more talked about and invariably pricier and ultimately disappointing venues. Sweet Dreams serves up cracking food in a friendly, professional and let's face it traditionally Italian surroundings. The Linguine with clams, mussels & prawns was off the scale as were the ravioli and grilled peppers. Just excellent food, service & surroundings. All at a ridiculously low price..... looking forward to a couple more visits before we leave.

Keep coming here initially due to location but because eventually because it had good food and good drinks. It was serving both locals and tourist with no difference in services or food. Does not look much but definitely worth a stop. A great surprise and delight for the trip.

03/04/2024: Fantastic place, within everyone's reach, potato croquettes of a superior level to everyone, every time I go down to visit relatives, I go there every time it's open. everything is very good. highly recommended both for takeaway and to be enjoyed with a walk towards the center of Pompeii. they satiate and satisfy the palate.
13/11/2023: They have amazing delicious Napolitano street food . Everything is always fresh and you have alot different foods to pick from. This is fast place to eat something fast and is delicious. I tried the pasta fritta , panzerotto di patate which is croquettes which are mashed potatoes with mortzarella cheese inside .I also had the polpette di melenzane which is meatball with eggplant fried .The calzone fritta is good too. This is close to the center of Pompei and you can walk here very easily from any place in Pompei .
