Good morning, we went to the tavern La Via del Sale at Easter. It was a nice experience, friendly staff, very good dishes (without taking anything away from the rest), superlative plins in the old tradition. Have a good time

We chose Tenuta Carretta to celebrate our wedding. I would give more stars if there were more. Prestigious location, cared for and furnished down to the smallest detail. Monica, facility manager, followed us step by step in this journey, making sure to satisfy our requests, reassuring our concerns by following us in every deadline. Flavio Costa, top chef, you can feel his passion for cooking in every dish . Both guaranteed their presence throughout the event. All the staff, prepared, friendly and very helpful. During the aperitif and dinner they were always ready for each guest. In conclusion, by choosing Tenuta Carretta you will have a starred event but at the same time enriched by a familiar and "easygoing" atmosphere, rare for levels like this. I will return for many other events.

My boyfriend and I decided to do a wine tasting in this magnificent estate (classic method). The girl who followed us throughout the explanation in the cellar was extremely kind and professional and ready to give us clarifications. When we arrived at the tasting, the girl who followed us was an excellent hostess, very kind, they also let us taste an extra wine to fully understand the quality of the wines produced! Truly an excellent experience in a suggestive place rich in Piedmontese history!

Luglio 2022, pranzo di matrimonio. La Tenuta Carretta e più in particolare il ristorante dello chef Flavio Costa è uno dei luoghi dove potete mangiare meglio in Piemonte e non solo. Location preparata secondo richieste e sala ampia e fresca grazie all'impianto di aria condizionata, c'è comodamente posto per oltre 120 persone in sala e tanto spazio fuori per bambini e animali. Il personale di sala è gentilissimo ed estremamente efficiente, ma è la cucina il pezzo forte. Ho avuto la fortuna di provare ristoranti di ogni tipo - anche stellati - ma la stella di Flavio è decisamente tra le più meritate. La torta non è stata preparata da loro - ma da una pasticceria convenzionata - infatti non era all'altezza del resto del menu. Senza dilungarmi oltre, faccio notare che c'è anche la possibilità di mangiare presso l'Osteria, la quale offre menu analoghi con un listino per tutte le tasche. Unica nota negativa: li ho contattati per un preventivo in fase di organizzazione di un evento per l'anno successivo e non sono più stato ricontattato. Peccato.

We had the pleasure of celebrating our wedding at Tenuta Carretta, they had already informed us beforehand that it was a wonderful place and I can only confirm that it is a spectacular location, impeccable service and food, everyone was very friendly. You can see the hand and watchful eye of chef Flavio Costa in every detail. The manager of the facility, Monica, was very kind and helpful as well as prepared. Spectacular!!
