Cenetta top! Una fame da lupi che c'è di buono!? Cjarcions alle erbe conditi conditi con burro e ricotta affumicata sopra... A seguire carne alla brace che Giorgio ha cucinato proprio lì a vista al caminetto... Cottura perfetta. Il tutto accompagnato da un buon Cabernet. E per finire tortino al cioccolato con cuore morbido. Super! Greta al servizio: un grande 10! Bellissima serata.

A dinner with friends. I haven't been able to give up anything practically. Herb cjarcions seasoned with melted butter and smoked ricotta. Very well made, delicate. For the second course, a selection of grilled meat. Giorgio showed us the excellent cuts he had available. Impeccable cooking. And finally a chocolate cake with a soft centre. Accompanying it is a Terre di Petrussa Cabernet. Greta at the service was good and very kind, always nice. Then a beautiful evening with music and friends.

Purtroppo non faceva caldo (a novembre) da stare all'aperto ma il luogo è accogliente sia fuori che dentro... piccolo e piacevole. Degustato un frico da Re e osservato degli altri ospiti che mangiavano della carne ai ferri, succulenta... Vino, produzione propria, ottimo ed economico.
