We spent a wonderful afternoon, al fresco. This is not a tourist restaurant. The food is typical Roman cuisine. We had artichokes about five different ways and one was better than the next. If this restaurant was in the States, it would have a month long waiting list. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Exceptional, I will certainly return.... I ate wonderfully, starting with homemade bread and oil for dessert. I took a touching cut....
It melted in your mouth. Truly worth trying.
Starters, incredible first courses, pastas are made by them. I ate some exceptional gnocchi...
You can't miss this splendid experience, it's an absolute must, the good food, the excellent quality ingredients are an asset. I'm really happy to have found my favorite restaurant.

For me first time, and I can only say very good. Special dishes prepared with care.
Soft music, elegant but welcoming environment. Very kind staff
And then the open kitchen... makes the difference
Even the choice of oil, from the Pontine plain, excellent, an extra treat.
I have to go back to try the third taste ravioli

Un posto dove la cura del dettaglio e la ricerca di sapori è al primo posto. La prima parola che mi viene per esprimere la mia esperienza in questo posto è eccellente.

Un bel posto con molte specialità a base di carciofi. Si trova facilmente parcheggio e si mangia bene. Trovo i prezzi leggermente altini, motivo per il quale non metto 5 stelle.

Deve, e dico deve ,essere assolutamente provato.
Mario , il proprietario, è in assoluto un
Ristoratore che propina amore in tutto quello che fa'.
Qualità abinata ad una conoscenza delle materie prime, ne fa' sicuramente un ristorante top.....e non servono stelle o guide.
Un grande abbraccio ed un saluto da quelli del " Mitico".

Siamo andati oggi. Il posto è carino ben curato. Il sevizio attento ma leeeentooooooo. Porzioni veramente piccole. Una piccola porzione di alici fritte 14.00€ il cibo non è male. Ma veramente non ci tornerò.

Pranzo di Capodanno: conosco Mario per motivi professionali e mi ha sempre dato l'impressione di una persona garbata e attenta al suo lavoro. Oggi ne ho avuto la conferma. Tutto ottimo, preparato al meglio e servito con gentilezza e cortesia.
