Trattoria from times gone by in a Rome that no longer exists, everything delicious, plentiful, super kind and friendly owner, fixed menu at €20, starter, tasting of encore first courses, second course, dessert, drinks.

Homely atmosphere with good, well-cooked food. Rita is nice and affable. It feels like having dinner at an aunt's house during the Christmas holidays. Highly recommended

I live a stone's throw from this splendid place, which I discovered guiltily late. I was there today for lunch and was extremely satisfied. The traditional Roman foods are all delicious. The environment is rustic and familiar, typical of trattorias. I will be back soon.

If I could give it an 11 I would I discovered it purely by chance It's what I like, the true flavor of the past But places like these are much better than restaurants with French names etc etc.... Overall, a very well run restaurant Highly recommended

Absolutely familiar environment.... furnishings, location and above all Rita, excellent hostess. The dishes offered are tasty and reminiscent of forgotten flavours! Absolutely worth trying... we will definitely be back!!

È stato un piacere conoscere Rita, per noi è stato come mangiare a casa ci siamo sentiti accolti,ci tornerei molto volentieri abbiamo mangiato bene, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo ambiente accogliente e conviviale si respira aria di famiglia! Arrivederci presto!!

30/09/2023: We found this place not so far from the Colosseum and it seemed to be quite popular. We didn't have to wait long to get a table and were greeted by the several staff members who were all so friendly. They told us about the food and later came to chat with us. I had a ravioli with tomato sauce which was excellent.
14/09/2023: Il locale è davvero molto molto turistico, com’è forse ovvio in questa zona, ma mi aspettavo molto di più sinceramente. La carbonara era immersa nella carbocrema, decisamente troppo per i miei gusti, risultando molto pesante. Si percepiva anche una certa fretta, vista la lunga fila...

06/04/2024: Perfect restaurant, a mix between "homemade" and a starred environment I would say. Waiters attentive, kind and very friendly. Tip: Carbonara meatballs and Carbonara ❤️
04/04/2024: We had lunch yesterday in this place recommended by true Roman friends.. Nowhere in the world have I had the opportunity to eat such good carbonara. To say the least, excellent in portions, abundant and majestic, excellent in quality, nothing to do with those filthy places dominated by Indians who are now depopulated throughout Rome... there is food there for true connoisseurs. Obviously everything has a cost but everything is abundantly justified, very fast service. Definitely frequented by a middle/high class of people and is already synonymous with quality. Let's not talk about poetic desserts... top!
