Let me start by saying that I don't eat horse meat by choice and therefore I only evaluate the alternatives that I have eaten. The beef served is truly exceptional, both the carpaccio and the steak. I really appreciated the fact that they don't add salt, even if it's a personal consideration. The side dishes are delicious, peas, cooked vegetables and fried potatoes. It's a shame that the menu no longer offers alternatives to horse meat, but I understand that it is the restaurant's specialty. The dining room staff are good and attentive.
