I was there for a work meeting with lunch to follow. Perfect location as it is easily accessible from the motorway. Excellent welcome, friendliness and availability for a work meeting. The cuisine is nothing short of delicious. Excellent choice of local dishes with excellent quality and service. With the house appetizer we were able to take a small gastronomic journey into the excellence of the area. Even though it was a working lunch, I couldn't help but taste the wines they produce. I advise.

Unfortunately, there is no working lunch. Regardless, the first dish I ate was delicious. The price for the first course alone is €17.00

I highly recommend it for birthdays too. Suggestive place in Short France. Typical and traditional local food and wide choice of wines. Excellent quality price

Dinner in December - price €45: according to almost the entire table, we ate reasonably well. A little disappointing starters, really poor quantities. The only truly noteworthy dish is ravioli filled with braised meat, however it is not possible to leave the restaurant and still be hungry after a full menu

Gita con i colleghi in Franciacorta, dopo aver visitato una cantina della zona, decidiamo di andare a pranzo dal Burnec e la scelta è stata veramente ottima: tutti contenti e soddisfatti. La location è curata, due sale da pranzo, una più intima, e un'altra, dove abbiamo mangiato noi, accogliente, curata, bella luminosa con ampie vetrate che si affacciano su un bel giardino ordinato. Personale gentile, servizio perfetto, la cameriera simpatica e attenta a venire incontro alle esigenze dei commensali. Menù del territorio, con piatti tipici e naturalmente senza opzione di pesce, avremmo voluto provare tutto, dal ricco antipasto con salumi, lumache, formaggi, battuta di fassona ai primi come ravioli al bagoss,trippa, risotto al franciacorta e tagliatelle ai funghi. Secondi quasi tutti di carne alla griglia come le costine o le tagliate di manzo e di cavallo, o la guancia di maialino. Carta dei vini ovviamente con molte etichette della Franciacorta ma noi abbiamo provato il loro vino in bottiglia, sia lo spumante rose' come aperitivo che il rosso sebino durante tutto il pranzo, vini buoni e con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. È stato veramente un ottimo pranzo, abbiamo chiacchierato e riso senza che ci mettessero fretta, mangiato molto bene, ad un prezzo corretto: ci tornerò sicuramente alla prossima gita in Franciacorta.
