Nice and clean accommodation outside the city, helpful staff, modest but tasty breakfast, limited choice of dinner

The structure in general is excellent. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean. The restaurant is excellent: the included breakfast fully satisfied our needs, as did the fish-based dinner (it's practical to be able to dine in the same facility, particularly after a day on the snow with a small child). Unfortunately the beds were very uncomfortable. The rooms are well heated (even too much for our tastes! There is no thermostat.. we slept with the window ajar, in January..)

My son and I stayed for 2 nights in this beautiful and welcoming property, in a typical mountain atmosphere. Really kind and helpful managers, beautiful and spacious rooms, rich breakfast, possibility of using the restaurant with many delicious dishes, and finally super competitive rates. Congratulations and we hope to return!

Very good hosts, responsive and understanding. Excellent quality meals reasonably priced and good location to explore the surroundings by car. Definitely recommended for a stay in the area

Beautiful family pension, very friendly hosts, delicious food! The area is wonderful for small children, they have a playroom with toys. The rooms are pleasant, extremely clean. They clean the rooms every day. The ambience is beautiful, every detail is thought out. The facility is about 2 km from Sutri, but easily accessible and has everything you need. Thanks for the nice hospitality! We will definitely be back!
