A legano per un corso di formazione, io e mia moglie abbiamo cenato in questa trattoria a conduzione familiare. Gestito dal proprietario con la moglie in cucina, è come andare a mangiare a casa loro, sicuramente la materia prima non sarà industriale. Proprietario un po’ esuberante, forse troppo, per chi ha un carattere pacato, riferisce delle proposte del giorno a voce, senza conferire un menù con relativi prezzi, quindi la spesa finale è un po’ a sorpresa. Ho preso dei bucatini alla amatriciana, serviti in bianco con sugo sopra, non amalgamati, mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di diverso. Mia moglie ha preso dei testaroli al pesto, buoni. Per chiudere una tagliata di pollo grana e regola, da bere una bottiglia d’acqua in plastica. Conto 40€
