Una trattoria dove trovi la buona cucina della tradizione di Langa. Provato coniglio ottimo. Personale gentile, prezzo in linea con il tipo di locale.

Arrivato qui per caso durante un lungo giro in Moto sulle colline dell'Alta Langa, mi sono accomodato nello splendido "dehor" belvedere, come dice il nome, ed ho mangiato molto bene, senza tanti fronzoli ... Lingua in salsa verde, Tajarin con salsiccia, ottimo "Bunet", vino sincero e caffè, conto onesto e senza sotterfugi, servizio cortese e premuroso... Cosa volete di più ? Non perdete questo posto, lo merita sicuramente ....

25/10/2023: Located in a wonderful old cellar ,this is a fantastic place to taste the wines of the region. Not just the famous grape varieties but things we had never heard of . The young man serving us was excellent, a trained sommelier, he was so knowledgeable not just about the wines but about the history of the grape varieties and the different regions. He spoke very good english , listened to what we were looking for and our price range and advised accordingly. Just a pity there are not more places like this in Piedmont. I would thoroughly recommend a visit. We hope to return.

07/04/2024: I end up in this place by chance and am struck by its attention to treating and offering a delicious and varied alternative for those who suffer from various intolerances, such as gluten, lactose and salt. all the others at my table were also able to appreciate their proposals for typical dishes I highly recommend it and the parking is also convenient
01/04/2024: We ate here on Easter Monday, you need to book in advance, the mixed platter with local specialties is worth it, good quality/price ratio
