Enchanting experience for a restaurant of the highest level

Where do I start? Stefano (one of the four brothers who look after this restaurant as the fourth generation of this family restaurant) picked us up as part of the shuttle service that they offer to customers (to and from Amalfi) as the restaurant is located just a bit further away from central Amalfi. He gave us an introduction and background into the family run business and use of their farm produce. We were then welcomed by Antonio (another brother) who served us throughout the evening and gave us a tour of the restaurant and showed us the terrace. We ordered the Ciccio Tasting Menu and it was absolutely amazing. They are generous with portions and they also give bread on the side (complimentary). Antonio explains every dish clearly and is the most passionate person I've met when it comes to food. Ask him any question about the ingredients and the way its been prepped and he will tell you all the work that goes into it. It was their first day of opening so wasn't too busy but it was a very nice place to have a lovely meal to celebrate an anniversary. They then dropped us off back at our hotel in Amalfi and it was an absolute amazing dinner and evening. Compliments to the chefs and team who made the whole journey from start to finish such high quality. All the best for the new season!

Nothing short of spectacular. Such a lovely dining experience on one of the most beautiful places in the world. I long for the next experiece at Da Cicciol Cielo Mare Terra!

Perched on a cliff edge just north of the town of Amalfi, this family-run trattoria sources much of its produce from the family farm in Scala, high above the coast that provides their daily seafood. Spaghetti alle vongole cooked ‘al cartoccio’ and served tableside is worth it for the theatre alone. And they offer a taxi service to and from local hotels.

Da Ciccio restaurant is superb. The brothers who run it went above and beyond to help a group of 6 family members celebrate my niece’s 30th birthday at this establishment during our visit to Amalfi. Everything about our experience was first-rate. The restaurant provided a free shuttle to pick us up in the center of Amalfi and return us there at the end of the night. Before dinner, we enjoyed cocktails on the terrace - with its spectacular views - and then each of us was served the meal of a lifetime. The hospitality the brothers showed and the food they prepared were simply tremendous. My family and I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. Our evening at Da Ciccio restaurant was a highlight of our stay in Amalfi and a memorable experience that we will always treasure.

Non avevo nessun aspettativa dal nome mi sembrava un posto qualunque, Ma una volta entrati si capisce già il livello del servizio... una menzione speciale in questo, Cucina di gran livello ben presentata , vini buoni si può fare di più, il dolce fantastico la melanzana con cioccolato albicocche e nocciola un sogno. The absolute best meal we’ve had on the Amalfi Coast. On the drive over, we heard about the history of the restaurant, family owned for 4 generations with 4 brothers currently running the operations. The father still farms offsite so they are able to curate seasonal menus with the freshest ingredients. Upon arrival, we were escorted to the patio overlooking the sea where we enjoyed wine and a complimentary welcome appetizer. The patio terrace is a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere. We opted to have the 4 course tasting with a recommended wine and every course was delicious, as well as filling. The waitstaff is extremely attentive and friendly. You can feel the family atmosphere and how much it means to them to provide an excellent experience as well cuisine. We ate at a Michelin star Resturant while in Amalfi and this restaurant surpassed that experience. Cannot recommend enough. And make sure you get the spaghetti in parchment paper!!

Spectacular and top quality food. Excellent cuisine. Here you can eat really well with products chosen one by one with the usual passion. Professional and kind staff. Equipped with private parking makes this place even more convenient. Spectacular and unique view. Highly recommended. Prices appropriate to the quality of the food.

Una domenica calda di ottobre abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante vista mare. Coccolati e consigliati sulle ottime proposte dello chef, abbiamo gustato tutte le pietanze, dai primi originali come lo spaghetto al cartoccio, piatto iconico, alla frittura di pesce fino ai sorbetti e ottimi dolci.
