Excellent quality, plentiful dishes, excellent welcome

We went twice, the first for lunch thinking of going for Venezuelan food and discovering instead that Italian cuisine is served at lunch and Venezuelan in the evening. I ate an excellent seafood salad and some fried mozzarella breaded with truffles, both delicious. the starter was rich, plentiful and very well done. Last night we ate Venezuelan and everything was amazing again, really interesting and particular dishes, accompanied by amazing sauces, the friendliness of the owner and the kindness of the waitress. Not to mention the excellent value for money, you can still eat well for around €25 each (even less for Venezuelan) We will definitely be back very soon!

The spaghetti I had here was the BEST I’ve ever had. I mean it was seriously that good - the truffle, pasta was cooked to perfection. 10/10. For our secondo we ordered black Angus steak. Unfortunately, this was really poor. Not only was the cut of meat very fatty, but it was poor quality and had been over salted. Also, the steak had not been cooked at a high enough temperature so there was no “bark” meant Na it was just chewy throughout. People who know steak know what I’m talking about. Just stay away from the meat or you will be disappointed. For 20 Euro I can’t complain much for 200/300g but just a shame given how superb everything else was. Even the wine was great. When I mentioned to the waiting staff about the meat being too salty and too fatty (in Italian) they didn’t say anything and it was still on my bill. No problem I still paid it in full but if they had offered an alternative meal for my wife it would have been appropriate or offered to take it off the bill (we would have said no) as my wife didn’t eat any of the steak it was so poor. So stick to the Italian food and you will be very happy! But carne very poor!

The busiate al scoglio are delicious... little place discovered by chance, Sunday for lunch... it seemed empty but the tables were almost all booked and after a few minutes everything filled up. Minimal waiting times, excellent service and very nice environment. advise...
