A characteristic restaurant that presents a rich menu of traditional Umbrian dishes. The quality is very good and the service fast. Super honest prices. I highly recommend it.

The place is quite rustic, the staff are friendly but sometimes inexperienced. Waiting times of about an hour but, considering it was Easter Sunday and the place was full, it could have been even worse. The first courses were ok, then we ordered a cut with truffles (requested for medium cooking) with the external part too burnt and the truffle covered almost everything in addition to the fact that the meat did not seem of high quality. Prices are affordable. Passable, the place can do better

Last day here in Foligno and as a quick dinner I opted for this restaurant. Quiet place and very kind waitress. Good food and excellent wine (I had a glass). Highly recommended for those looking for typical and quick cuisine.

Come si diceva nel titolo siamo venuti in occasione del cenone di san Silvestro ma si intuisce che ai Cuccugnai sono pronti tutti i giorni! personale giovane, gentile e sorridente che propone piatti dalle quantità non esagerate ma saporiti, il servizio è stato un pochino lento ma non avevamo nessuna fretta, il prezzo del cenone è stato onestissimo

Ci ho pranzato durante un viaggio di lavoro, cercavo qualcosa di rapido ma buono e non sono stato deluso. Esiste anche la formula del menù pranzo che è molto conveniente, ma preferivo scegliere alla carta e personalmente tre portate le trovo esagerate. Quello che ho preso è buono e lo consiglio: strangozzi al tartufo e verdure cotte. Clima tipico da trattoria.

31/03/2024: It was the second time we returned to Hotel Minerva. Family atmosphere, calm and attentive. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very close to the Basilica of St. Francis.
31/03/2024: I was there a week ago with my family: more than excellent location, helpful and kind owners, nice room with fantastic view and very good breakfast with a choice of sweet and savory. I was more than satisfied with this stay. I recommend if you come to Assisi. NOTE: I thank the owners for withholding the deposit for months to let us stay in the best (climatic) conditions in Assisi, this highlights the seriousness of the owners for the customer's well-being I will happily stay here again if I come to Assisi again
