Trattoria where you eat reasonably well, everything according to tradition, a little more flavours, would give a decisive boost. However, it is worth coming in to taste good food. Excellent value for money.

Pleasant restaurant (spacious).
We are always surprised by the number of servers present (far too many) and without table assignment (we had 5 different servers!). Not very professional and not very smiling.
Good dishes without frills and no choice of local wines by the glass. Damage.
Good but not exceptional and especially not for €117.

Excellent! Food quality was very good, the tuna tartare was a blast! The pasta was fresh and cooked to perfection, my fish in a potato coating was juicy and fresh, just like good trattoria cuisine. From the outside it looks inconspicuous, from the inside it is a nice atmosphere with very friendly staff. It was packed, we were lucky to get a table - it would have been really annoying if we had missed this culinary highlight!

Ristorante tipico a due passi dall'hotel dove alloggiavamo e a poche centinaia di metri dalla splendida Valle dei Templi.
Buon servizio e cucina tipica siciliana, non tra le più raffinate che abbiamo provato, ma si sta bene e i prezzi sono onesti.
Consigliato.

Dinner at the Trattoria dei Templi, a restaurant across the street from our hotel, ranked among the best meals of our trip. Especially interesting and tasty was the first course, a corkscrew pasta called busiate, reminiscent of twisty 1960s telephone cords and especially suited to trapping sauces. The main course was sea bream, baked under a layer of thinly sliced potatoes, which kept it moist.
