Discovered by chance while passing through the area and it was a pleasant surprise. Very kind owner, really good dishes and you can see that everything is very fresh. Really honest price. Clean bathrooms and convenient internal parking. In short, it's impossible to find a flaw. I will definitely come back if I'm in these parts again.

My favorite place in Albuzzano and surroundings. Family-run restaurant of the highest quality, especially in the truly valuable meat, expertly cooked with quality ingredients. The shortcrust pastry of the tart is sensational, really worth trying! The presence of this restaurant is barely noticeable from the outside, but you won't forget it after you've been there

Un posto molto carino. Tipica atmosfera da trattoria familiare. Pranzo nel cortile sotto la tettoia. Menù completo, primo, secondo, contorno, dolce, caffè e vino ad un prezzo onesto. Gentile e cordiale il servizio, con il proprietario che ha messo tutti a proprio agio. Noi siamo andati in moto, ma è comunque presente un ampio parcheggio.

Ottima trattoria casalinga , prezzi corretti gestore simpatico e cordiale. Buonissima le crostate fatte da loro..con cortile , tiglio secolare e ex stalla ristrutturata dove pranzare.

23/03/2024: Aperto nel 2015 in uno dei Borghi più belli d'Italia. Il centro storico è una pinacoteca a cielo aperto, una street art con le saracinesche ridipinte. Nella via più antica, con portici medievali, ecco il colorato ristorante con accanto la botteguccia dove si possono acquistare prodotti locali. Davanti il piccolo dehors fruibile nella bella stagione, varcato l'ingresso la sala con 26 coperti. Chef Gianmaria "Jimmy" Meschini; seguiti dalla figlia Carolina e da un'altra ragazza. Musica in sottofondo; il pranzo: Vino: - Rosso IGT "Pegranera" az. Podere Scabini. Pane bianco; pane ai cereali con l'uvetta; focaccia; grissini tutto di produzione artigianale. Antipasto (è un piatto per due persone): - antipasto di salumi e formaggi locali (salame crudo di Varzi DOP, salame cotto, coppa piacentina, pancetta naturale, pancetta cotta al forno, formaggi tipici). Primi: - torta di riso alla varzese. - malfatti burro e salvia. Dessert: - crostata base pasta di mandorle con marmellata di ciliegie. - torta di mandorle (dolce tipico). Caffè e cioccolatino Novi 72% cacao a chiudere. Vini elencati a voce anche al calice, inoltre sono presenti alcuni aperitivi. Non è previsto il menù degustazione; à la carte "antipasto di salumi e formaggi locali (per 2 persone) a 15€; 6 primi a 12€; 4 secondi a 18€; 5 dessert a 6€. Menù basato sul territorio che varia poco durante tutto l'anno. Servizio gentile, peccato per l'attesa eccessiva nel servire un primo dall'altro. La toilette è al piano superiore, la si raggiunge salendo una scala a lato del locale. Conto non dettagliato. Ottimo il vino consigliato da Carolina. Una proposta che ci è piaciuta in un ambiente caratteristico. A fine pranzo i nostri complimenti a Gianmaria.

At a time when everyone tends to save, he professionally explains to us what steps he is taking to relaunch the business that was hit hard by the lockdown. In addition to the continuous search for technical preparation in order to improve both the service and the quality of the food. This is possible thanks to the fundamental presence of Luca who takes time for the people at the table and who sometimes justifies and pleasantly fills the waiting times (very normal but which he does not make a burden). He should be rewarded for his passion. And a piece of advice: ask him to make the burger that inspires him most at that moment, he won't disappoint you.
