Trattoria Hosteria del Pardo In Castrignano del capo

In Santa Maria di Leuca, there is the Osteria del Pardo, an excellent location set in a garden equipped for tasting delicious dishes. There for leisure we booked the table for dinner, excellent fish-based products. Average quality-price ratio.

Quick service performed by friendly and pleasant staff. Cozy outdoor setting ideal for warm summer evenings. Quite varied menu with fish and meat dishes.

A nice and comfortably lit restaurant that looks inviting - even without a sea view. There was good and not so good when it came to food: the broad bean puree was very tasty, the fried anchovies were excellent, the grilled prawns were great, spaghetti vongole and spaghetti cozze were oversalted, and the veal tagliata was unfortunately tough. The service was relatively quick, but sloppy because one of the main courses ordered was forgotten and was only delivered when everyone else had already finished eating. This can happen in principle, but it was difficult to understand as there were only a few tables occupied in the restaurant. No friendly word when coming, no farewell when leaving and no reaction whatsoever, let alone thanks, for a generous tip that was actually not deserved at all.

Posto molto accogliente , c’è anche il parcheggio 😍, musica perfetta . Servizio eccellente e cibo tipico è buonissimo ☀️🍆

Eigentlich ein schöner Ort, quasi in einer Schlucht, an dem sich das Restaurant befindet. Wenn man früh genug dran ist gibt es auch Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Essen war leider versalzen. Ok, kann mal passieren, aber schade natürlich. Und die Jungs vom Service haben sich echt bemüht.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo ed abbiamo portato i nostri amici. Mia moglie e mia figlia sono celiache ma il titolare ha grande esperienza essendo in passato convenzionato AIC. Location molto rilassante per trascorrere una serata tranquilla ed un ottima cucina. Complimenti!

Antipasto mare e terra molto buono e forse unico ristorante con personale attento al cliente! Spaghetto alle vongole con un sapore gustoso e i due gatti molto teneri e per niente fastidiosi che si aggirano nel ristorante all’aperto!! Grazie

Le personnel est sympathique et efficace mais deux personnes n’ont pas permis d’assurer un service de qualité pour toutes les tables. Antipasti très bons, de même que les spaghettis aux fruits de mer. Dessert industriel.
