Exceptional is an understatement! Seven people ate for New Year's Eve lunch, ordering a bit of everything. Impossible to find a flaw in the dishes served at the table. Delicious first courses! It's difficult to find a restaurant that cooks pasta better than the way it is prepared at home... perhaps that's where the trick lies! Homemade pasta, personally by the owners of the restaurant. Equally delicious second courses. Well selected cuts of meat. In short, raw materials of excellent quality and all genuine. We were also thrilled by the courtesy of the staff, a family that takes care of everything from the dining room to the kitchen. Lastly, excellent value for money! We had a good time and will certainly return to the beautiful Castelmola, stopping again at "il vicolo".

Ambiente familiare con cucina varia sia siciliana che non, ambiente accogliente e semplice non adatto a persone con problemi di deambulazione per il difficile accesso ai bagni

We stayed at the alley for two evenings, kind, friendly, welcoming. Excellent dishes, such as bruschetta, hot cold and home-made appetizers. Pasta with sausage and fennel, swordfish ravioli with shellfish sauce, swordfish rolls. Everything is excellent as are the desserts. Great price, don't miss it.

Ottima trattoria nel borgo di Castelmola; ambiente familiare e proprietaria accogliente. Buonissimo l'antipasto della casa ed eccellenti i due primi : Le orecchiette del Vicolo e i ravioli di don Ciccino. Consigliato a tutti

Mi spiace scrivere una recensione non soddisfacente, ma da questa cena mi sarei aspettato qualcosa in più. Degli antipasti posso dire che le cozze erano buone, diversamente l’antipasto caldofreddo composto da diversi tipi di formaggi era nella media. Per primo ho mangiato il piatto consigliato dallo chef “orecchiette pesto melanzane zucchine e ricotta “ il sapore del pesto era l’unica cosa che si sentiva. Mia figlia dei ravioli ai gamberetti dove il sugo sembrava confezionato. Mia moglie un piatto di carne allla brace che invece a lei è piaciuto molto. Sicuramente una cucina più semplice garantisce un risultato migliore facendo emergere i sapori dei prodotti , se di qualità. Ultima cosa, a me non è piaciuta, ma rimane una mia valutazione personale.
