After a nice walk to the Saracen gate I went to eat here with my wife. Excellent welcome, very kind staff, the food was a surprise, we had a homemade starter, very abundant with cured meats and cheeses, long gnocchi with asparagus and bacon (absolutely the best dish), fettuccine with meat sauce, meatballs with caramelized onions in a bed of rocket, baked potatoes, breaded lamb. All delicious and at a more than fair price.

Ottima selezione di vini, cibo stagionale delizioso a prezzi decisamente abbordabili. L'atmosfera è accogliente e il personale è educato e competente. Da non perdere!

Trattoria with a family atmosphere offering local dishes. Courteous and attentive staff. I am vegetarian and have found several alternatives. Excellent desserts. Good value for money.

At least twenty years have passed since my last visit to the Saracena. I must say that I found the same climate and the same quality. Stefania, the owner and chef, is an excellent hostess and her egg pasta is always perfect. Local and seasonal products, local tradition and quality. Honest prices. I recommend it.

Pranzo di lavoro ,ma con una voglia pazzesca di funghi. Che dire,soddisfatti al 100% .Dai porcini grigliati ,alla focaccia con burrata e porcini per continuare con un primo locale sempre con porcini.Nota dolente,qualche amaro a fine pasto si potrebbe offrire, altrimenti alza un po il prezzo.

Eccellenza del cibo locale (Segni) sapori vero come fatti dalle nostre mamme...o nonne...merita una visita per riscoprire la cucina genuina di un tempo! Prezzi assolutamente accettabili.
